Delivery – General Information
Free shipping across the EU on orders over €180.
When your payment is confirmed and the items are available, orders placed before 12:00 (midday) are usually shipped the same day (excluding Mondays, weekends, and public holidays). Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
For every shipment, a tracking number is provided by the courier. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active in their system.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery across the EU is completed within 7 business days.
- Even though we always strive to ensure the fastest and most reliable shipping, in some cases, depending on your location and product availability, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Couriers
We work primarily with DHL, our trusted partner for fast and secure international delivery across Europe.
For destinations close to Bulgaria, such as Greece and Romania, we may also use Econt to ensure efficient and cost-effective service.
Shipping Origin
- Most orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Bulgaria.
- Certain high-end items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s factory, ensuring the fastest and safest handling.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.
