Payment Methods

Cards accepted

We accept payment by credit and debit card at checkout. All card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment service provider.

The card brands available to you depend on your bank and the country your card was issued in. The exact list of options is shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

Secure processing

Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted payment form and are sent straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Your full card number never reaches our servers and is never stored by us.

Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider, the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

Payments from cards issued in the European Economic Area are protected by Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). When your bank asks for it, you will be sent through a 3-D Secure check (for example a one-time code or a confirmation in your banking app) before the payment is approved.

When your card is charged

Your card is authorised when you place the order and charged for the full order total at that point. If we cannot fulfil your order, the payment is refunded to the card that was used, and the refund appears on your statement within a few business days depending on your bank.

Currency

All prices on this website are shown and charged in euro (EUR). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a conversion fee. Those charges come from your bank, not from us.
